Wire Stocking and Straightening.
Up to 6.4mm (rotary) - Up to 12mm (dual plane)
All accurately formed wires start with a good straight piece. Breasco has in-house straightening capabilites, from 2mm to 6.4mm on our rotary straighteners and up to 12mm with our forming machines. Stocking wire on coil allows us to get started immediately on kick-off. Need a special material? Our list of suppliers is growing, and so is our ability to get the hard-to-find material.
Prototype, Pre-Production, Production.
More Than Just Prototype Quantities
Breasco has built expertise in prototype level precision wire form products. However our facilities can handle much more than that. We have CNC machines that can deliver pre-production and even production quantities for certain forms. Run it by us. We accomplish what we promise and promise what we can accomplish.

We perform and record final inspections for every product leaving our facility. All product is packaged with care, labeled clearly, and shipped with the correct paperwork. We will accommodate any special shipping needs you have, and will drop ship to your customer using your labels and documents to fulfil your obligations with even greater speed.
